At Whaler’s Quest Ocean Adventures, we are committed to providing welcoming and inclusive experiences for all guests. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to explore the waters and heritage of Red Bay in a safe and comfortable environment.

Our vessel, Perfect Timing I, is Transport Canada certified and equipped with indoor seating and washroom facilities. Boarding requires stepping from the dock onto the vessel, and access involves stairs to reach certain areas, including the flybridge. Due to the nature of a working harbour and marine environment, surfaces may be uneven or slippery at times.

If you or someone in your group has mobility considerations, sensory sensitivities, medical needs, or requires additional assistance, we strongly encourage you to contact us in advance. While our vessel has some physical limitations inherent to marine operations, our crew will always do their best to accommodate individual needs wherever possible.

Service animals are welcome on board. We ask that guests notify us in advance so we can ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.

Please note that some of our culinary experiences may not be suitable for guests with severe food allergies, as we operate in a marine kitchen environment where cross-contact cannot be fully eliminated. We encourage guests to inform us of dietary restrictions when booking.
