Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Applies to all bookings


Weather-Related Changes

If a tour must be canceled due to weather or unsafe conditions, we will make every effort to reschedule your booking. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
 

Cancellations by Guests

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to departure may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but no guarantee of refund.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Please email or call our reservations team as soon as possible to adjust your booking. 

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Special Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
