Safety First

Our tours are designed to be safe and enjoyable, but being on the water comes with natural risks. By booking and participating, you accept responsibility for your own safety and for anyone travelling with you.

 

Our Responsibilities

We take every precaution to ensure a safe experience. However, Whaler’s Quest, its staff, and contractors cannot be held responsible for:

Accidents or injuries on board

Loss, damage, or delay of personal belongings

Unexpected events such as rough seas, weather, fire, or mechanical issues

 

Your Responsibilities

You agree to follow crew instructions and act responsibly while on board. You also accept the inherent risks of being on the water, including potential exposure to illness (including COVID-19).

 

Claims

If there is any issue, please notify us in writing within 10 days of your tour.

 

Agreement

By boarding our vessel or entering ticketed areas, you agree to release Whaler’s Quest, its staff, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses related to your participation.
